1. General information

This policy applies to the website at zielinski.consulting (including the sales page zielinski.consulting/landing/) and adrianzielinski.com.

The operator of the website and the controller of personal data is: ZIELIŃSKI DIGITAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Gaboń 304, 33-388 Gołkowice Dolne, Poland. NIP: 7343628687, REGON: 526089375, KRS: 0001052573.

Operator email: kontakt@adrianzielinski.com

The Operator is the controller of personal data you submit voluntarily on the website and of data collected on /landing/ through the tools described in section 7 (after your consent).

The website uses personal data to: run a newsletter, handle form enquiries, deliver ordered services, present an offer or information, measure ad performance, and analyse behaviour on the sales page (only after consent).

Information about users and their behaviour is obtained from data entered in forms and — on /landing/, after consent — through the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.

2. Selected data-protection measures

Login and personal-data entry points are protected in transit (SSL). Personal data stored in the database is encrypted. User passwords are stored hashed. The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords, makes backups, and updates software.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted on servers of: cyberFolks.pl

For technical reliability the hosting provider keeps server logs (URL, request and response time, HTTP identification, errors, referer, browser, IP, diagnostics, mail).

4. Your rights and further information

In some cases the Controller may share your personal data with other recipients if this is necessary to perform a contract with you or to meet the Controller’s legal duties. This includes: the hosting company as a processor, postal operators, payment operators, authorised staff and contractors, and marketing-service providers (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — Pixel and Conversion API; Microsoft Corporation — Clarity), only to the extent of your consent or of what the service requires.

Your personal data is processed no longer than needed for the related activities set out in separate laws. Marketing data is not processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Controller: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You have the right to object, the right to withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal), and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the website (forms, newsletter, demo chat). Consent to advertising and analytics cookies is not required to view the page.

If you consent to the Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity, data may be transferred to the United States. Transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art. 46) and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (GDPR Art. 45), according to each provider’s mechanism.

5. Forms

The website collects information you provide voluntarily, including personal data if you enter it. The website may store connection parameters (time, IP address). Form data is processed for the purpose of that form.

6. Administrator logs

Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used to administer the website.

7. Marketing and analytics tools

On zielinski.consulting/landing/ the Operator uses:

The Operator does not send these providers the content of your demo chat or the WhatsApp prefill phone number as a separate file. The Pixel and Clarity may still process device identifiers, cookies, IP address and approximate session data — under Meta’s and Microsoft’s own policies, for which those companies are independent controllers or joint controllers of their own operations.

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage). Cookies are data stored on your device.

On /landing/ the consent bar has three buttons: NIE (NO — refuse advertising and analytics; the page still works), DOSTOSUJ (CUSTOMIZE — advertising and analytics separately) and TAK (YES — consent to both). Meta and Clarity scripts do not load before your choice.

9. Managing cookies

You may change or withdraw consent at any time: on /landing/ click Cookies in the page footer and choose NIE, TAK or DOSTOSUJ. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser or block cookies in its settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and mobile browsers).

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
